How do I know which ramp to buy? 

Please check out our homepage which details the specifications of each ramp. We recommend measuring the spot you are planning to put the ramp e.g. bed or couch to find the approximate height you need, which you can then check against our ramp specifications to find which ramp would be most suitable.

Can I put my ramp outside? 

Our ramps are not designed to be used outside where they are subject to the elements. However our ramps are suitable to be used in an outdoor area which is undercover. If you are planning to put your ramp outdoors a layer of clear coat or lacquer is recommended.

Your standard ramps do not suit my requirements, do you offer custom ramps?

Yes we do make custom ramps e.g. ramps for doggy doors and ramps for very high beds. Please email us at info.dashiedogramps@gmail.com to discuss your custom ramp requirements and we will let you know if this is something we can assist with. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed if you change your mind please contact us as soon as possible at info.dashiedogramps@gmail.com and we will do our best to process your request. 

What is your returns policy?

We are happy to provide a refund provided the ramp is returned to us undamaged and within 7 days of your order being received. For our full refunds and return policy, please go to our Policy page 

We do not offer a refund on our treats or snuffle item range.

Shipping policy

All orders are sent through courier companies e.g. Couriers Please, Fastway and TNT (the courier we select depends on your location as well as the delivery timeframe quoted).

We cannot send items to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
